The holiday home Fattoria Borgonuovo is located in an agricultural and hilly area very close to the famous and ancient Etruscan village of Cortona. The apartments have been recently renovated and are structurally composed of bricks and stones, a way of building typical of the area. Internally they have been furnished trying as much as possible to follow the typical taste canons of the Tuscan tradition. So you find the ceiling with exposed wood beams and red tiles and the floor with aged tiles. Then there are the wooden furniture, the table with the stuffed chairs and the wrought iron bed. Outside there is a large private garden (3000 sqm) with a 6x12m swimming pool equipped with parasols and deckchairs and games for children. There is also a large private fenced parking where guests can leave their car. Fattoria Borgonuovo enjoys a good geographical position to visit, both the most important eno-gastronomic centers of southern Tuscany (Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Chianti), and the beautiful and historic cities of Upper Umbria (Perugia, Assisi, Città di Castello, Gubbio, Orvieto). A few kilometers away is Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in central Italy, made famous for the historic battle of the Carthaginian Hannibal against the Roman army. In addition, for those who love the natural thermal waters, half an hour's drive are the equipped centers of Rapolano Terme. The structure, being in the countryside, offers a very peaceful and relaxing environment. Despite this, shops, supermarkets, restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. The place is recommended for families with children or those who want peace and love to visit the beauties of art without sacrificing comfort when traveling by car.

APARTMENTS

The structure consists of 3 independent apartments of 60 square meters each. Each apartment is a 2 + 2, which consists of a bedroom with a double bed (King Size) and a living room with a double sofa bed. The equipment includes: microwave oven, refrigerator, American coffee machine, moka, toaster, air conditioning and heating system, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, towels and sheets, hairdryer (on request), free wifi Internet connection. Each apartment has an outdoor area with deckchairs, table, chairs and barbecue, where you can eat or relax. There is no washing machine inside the apartment. However, there is one available to customers within the structure that can be used, on request, at any time. The service is chargeable and has a cost for washing of: € 6 (with soap) or € 5.
